What is your returns policy?

We accept returns within 7 days of customers' receipt of product.

WATCHES MUST BE RETURNED TO US IN BRAND NEW CONDITION WITH ALL PROTECTIVE PLASTICS/TAPE, HANG TAGS & ACCESSORIES PRESENT, INTACT. UNTIL YOU ARE POSITIVE YOU WILL BE KEEPING THE WATCH, DO NOT WEAR IT! IT IS ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE FOR A WATCH TO BE WORN, EVEN FOR A SHORT PERIOD OF TIME AND FOR THE WATCH NOT TO BE BLEMISHED OR SCRATCHED IN ANY WAY.


Do not have the bracelet sized (links removed).
Returns will be credited in full within 28 days of the goods being recieved by us.

Credit will be issued in the same form as payment received in full minus postage costs,uk royal mail £20.
Returns must be shipped via traceable courier, e.g. UPS or Royal Mail, return shipment must be pre-paid and fully insured for the amount you expect credit. Collect shipping will be refused. In case of loss or damages, customer is liable.

You must ship the watch back so that we receive it within 7 days. We believe that the above conditions are reasonable, fair and quite simple to adhere. If for some reason one or multiple conditions cannot be met, please call us and we will try to help, BUT you must call before and receive authorisation.

You will be notified at the time of purchase, if your order is a special order item and the above policy may not apply -in which case the sale will be final and non-refundable.

Do your watches have serial numbers?

Yes. All of our watches have the original, engraved manufacturer's serial number.

Are you Watches Genuine?

All watches sold by The Branded Watch Company in the "new" Section, are guaranteed to be 100% genuine, brand new in the original box, serial numbers intact & unaltered with all paperwork. All pre-owned watches are checked before purchase, and guaranteed to be genuine authentic products.

Which Methods of Payment Do You Accept?

We accept payment by: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Switch, Delta and cheque. Please be aware if paying by cheque, orders will take longer, as we must wait for the funds to clear before dispatching. We also accept bank transfers (call for details).

What Is The BWC Warranty ?

The Branded Watch Company has chosen NOT to be an Authorised Dealer of any brand name manufacturer. Being an Authorised Dealer requires us selling watches at the manufacturers set price. Our warranty covers malfunctions due to manufacturing & material defects, battery replacement & water resistance under regular use within the manufacturers specifications.

The warranty does not cover damages such as scratches, finish, crystals or glass, damage to leather, metallic or fabric straps, damage due to excessive wear & tear, damage resulting from wear under conditions exceeding the watch manufacturer's water resistance limitations & damage due to physical and/or accidental abuse.

Are You An Authorised Dealer For The Brands You Sell ?

While the branded watch company is not an authorised or direct dealer for any brands, all of our products come from authorised dealers and respected industry wholesalers. They come complete with all boxes, instruction manuals, serial numbers, etc.

Am I able To Collect My Watch In Person ?

Yes, you can come to our offices and collect your watch with pleasure. Please be aware that we do not hold any stock at our offices so appointments must be made in advance.

How Do I Get The Watch Strap Adjusted ?

We can do this in advance for you if you know the wrist size, alternativly you can come to our office and we will do it free of charge for you, failing that, most high street jewellers can do it but they may charge you for this service.

How Can You Sell These Product At Such Low Prices ?

Because we are NOT Authorised Dealers, we are not resticted to the price we can sell at. We also do not have a high street presence, which means our operating costs are lower and finally, due to buying in such large volumes, we can negotiate the best possible prices from our suppliers and in turn pass on the savings to our clients.

PLEASE NOTE-
Our pricing system is based on the manufacturer's recommended retail price. As manufacturers reserve the right to alter the RRP products without notice so we must also reserve that right. If the price of a watch changes the customer will be informed and will not be obliged to proceed with the order.

Are All Your Watches Brand New?

The Branded Watch Company sells both new and pre-owned watches, these are clearly stated on each individual watch series page and are seperated in "new watches" and "pre owned" sections.

What Warranty Do I Recieve?

In most circumstances The Branded Watch company Is able to pass along an authorized dealer stamped warranty card, in which case the watch will be covered by the manufacturers stated warranty.

When the manufacturers warranty is included with the watch, warranty service shall be handled directly between the consumer and the manufacturer. The watch will include a manufacturers original endorsed warranty card.
This is clearly stated on the particular watch.
The BWC warranty will not be in effect if the watch supplied to you comes with the original manufacturers warranty.
If you recieve the BWC warranty this covers everything the manufactoueres warranty does,and works alongside it, the difference being the watch is returned to us 1st

How Do I Know If My Watch Is Water Resistant?

A watch rated as Water Resistant may come in contact with water to a pre-determined extent. Most watches have a measurement until which the depth of immersion is safe. It is important to remember that a water-resistant rating is based upon optimum conditions in a laboratory.

Although a watch may be rated 30m/99ft water resistant, it does NOT mean that the watch can be immersed to that depth. The depth rating posted by the manufacturer is theoretical in nature and can only be achieved in a perfectly optimum environment of a laboratory - which is impossible to replicate in real life.

The following may be used as a guide:

No Rating - 30m/99ft Does not allow contact with water

30m/99ft - 50m/165ft Allows for contact with water such as washing hands and rain

50m/165ft - 100m/330ft Allows for light poolside swimming

100m/330ft - 200m/660ft Allows for swimming, snorkelling and showering (do not expose to hot water)

200m/660ft - 500m/1650ft Allows for impact water sports such as board diving and scuba diving

500m/1650ft + Appropriate for serious deep water diving.

Do You Refund The Postage When I Return My Watch For A Refund?

Delivery charges are non refundable, unless an item is faulty. We do not refund the delivery charge as it is a fee passed onto Royal Mail/FedEx for the service used to send you the watch originally.

How Do your vouchers work ?

Voucher terms and conditions

Only one voucher can be redeemed per watch
Each voucher used cannot exceed 25% of watch value.
The voucher value will only be discounted off the watch when it has been received by BWCO

The Branded Watch Company gift vouchers make really practical and versatile gifts, rewards or incentives. They allow you to show your appreciation, while enabling your recipients to choose what watch they exactly want and when they want it.

There’s a huge choice of brands and models and as our vouchers have no expiry date, customers can buy them and give the out whenever the time is right for them.

How it works
The voucher works as “money off” towards an item from The Branded Watch Company website
To redeem your voucher call 08452 575 812 informing us of the model number of the watch required and the value of the voucher to be used.We will then fill in the voucher to validate you can also purchase the vouchers online. The voucher should then be posted to us at:

When the watch voucher is received by us we will then deduct the voucher’s value from the order placed.

Please note- in the instance where a watch is returned for exchange/refund and where a voucher has been used as payment, a credit note will be issued.
