What is your returns policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of customers' receipt of product.
WATCHES MUST BE RETURNED TO US IN BRAND NEW CONDITION WITH ALL PROTECTIVE PLASTICS/TAPE, HANG TAGS & ACCESSORIES INTACT. UNTIL YOU ARE POSITIVE YOU WILL BE KEEPING THE WATCH, DO NOT WEAR IT. IT IS ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE FOR A WATCH TO BE WORN, EVEN FOR A SHORT PERIOD OF TIME, AND FOR THE WATCH NOT TO BE BLEMISHED OR SCRATCHED IN ANY WAY.
All returns must have a Return Authorization No. (RA#). Please call 0845 2575812 prior to return for RA Number. This number must be displayed on the outside of the box; this will expedite your return. A watch returned without authorization will be refused.
Do not have the bracelet sized (links removed).
All products must be returned with original packaging, manuals, protective tape & hang tags etc.
Returns will be credited in full minus original shipping & insurance charges within 28 days of the goods being recieved by us.
Credit will be issued in the same form as payment received.
Returns must be shipped via traceable courier, e.g. UPS or Royal Mail,Return shipment must be pre-paid and fully insured for the amount you expect credit. Collect shipping will be refused. In case of loss or damages, customer is liable.
Once you have been issued a RA#, you must ship the watch back so that we receive it within 7 days of us issuing the RA#.
We believe that the above conditions are reasonable, fair and quite simple to adhere. If for some reason one or multiple conditions cannot be met, please call and we will try to help, BUT you must call before and receive authorization.
You will be notified at the time of purchase, if your order is a special order item and the above policy may not apply - in which case the sale will be final & non-refundable.

Do your watches have serial numbers?
Yes. All our watches have the original, engraved manufacturer's serial number.

Are you Watches Genuine?
All watches sold by the branded watch company In the "NEW" Section are guaranteed to be 100% genuine, brand new in the original box, serial numbers intact & unaltered with all paperwork.

What method of payment do you prefer?
We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Switch, Delta and cheque. Please be aware paying by cheque will take longer as we must wait for the funds to clear before dispatching.

What Is The BWC Warranty ?
Thebrandedwatchcompany has chosen not to be an authorized dealer of any brand name manufacturer. Being an authorized dealer requires us selling watches at the manufacturers set price.
The Branded Watch Company offers a 2 year manuafacurer warranty from the date of purchase - unless stated otherwise. The warranty covers malfunctions due to manufacturing & material defects, battery replacement & water resistance under regular use within the manufacturers specifications.
The warranty does not cover damages such as scratches, finish, crystals or glass, leather or fabric straps, damage due to excessive wear & tear, damage resulting from wear under conditions exceeding the watch manufacturer's water resistance limitations & damage due to physical and/or accidental abuse.

Are You An Authorised Dealer For The Brands You Sell ?
While the branded watch company is not an authorized or direct dealer for any brands, all of our products come from authorized dealers and respected industry wholesalers. They come complete with all boxes, instruction manuals, serial numbers, etc.

Am I able To Collect My Watch In Person ?
yes no problem you can come to our office have a coffee and collect your watch please be aware that we do not hold any stock at our offices so appointments must be made in advance.

How Do I Get The Watch Strap Adjusted ?
we can do this in advance for you if you know the wrist size alternativly you can come to our office and we will do it free of charge for you failing that most high street jewellers can do it but they may charge you for this service.

How Can You Sell These Product At Such Low Prices ?
because we are not authorised dealers we are not resticted to the price we can sell at, we also dont have a high street presence which means are running costs are lower and finally because we buy in such large volume we negotiate the best possible prices from our suppliers and in turn pass on the savings to our clients.

Are All Your Watches Brand New
The Branded Watch Company sells both new and pre owned watches these are clearly stated on each additional watch series page and are seperated in "new watches" & "pre owned" sections.

What Warranty Do I Recieve?
In most circumstances The Branded Watch company Is able to pass along an authorized dealer stamped warranty card, in which case the watch will be covered by the manufacturers stated warranty.
When the manufacturers warranty is included with the watch, warranty service shall be handled directly between the consumer and the manufacturer. The watch will include a manufacturers original endorsed warranty card.
This is clearly stated on the particular watch.
The BWC warranty will not be in effect if the watch supplied to you comes with the original manufacturers warranty.

Returns
All orders placed before Wednesday 24th December, can be returned for exchange or full refund, up until Friday 9th January 2009 our standard returns policy still applies
